The participation fee is Rs.500 per team-“Med Students’ Hackathon 2K25”
During payment, for Hackathon “Remarks” type Hackathon-NCHPE2025. Hackathon participants pay by scanning QR code in brochure and then fill the form.

Registered delegates for main conference will get link to FREE sign up for Café meetings with experts on various topics on day 1 & 2 of main conference. Topics you can see in the main conference program. This will happen closer to conf after all have booked travel etc. Cafe corner meetings will be limited to 25 delagtes per meeting.
UG/PG students can sign up for Café corner (CC) meetings (CC1-7) even if they have registered for Pre-conference workshop only. But atleast Pre-conference registration is mandatory. CC student participants can pay by scanning QR code and sending info at [email protected]
